The European project i2connect aims to strengthen the role of farm and forestry advisors in interactive innovation, to support farmers and foresters in their transition to more sustainable production systems. The project is proud to announce its first international conference
hosted by
ÖMKi, the Hungarian Research Institute of Organic Agriculture and the Széchenyi University.
The conference invites advisors, trainers, researchers, and representatives of public authorities from Central Eastern Europe and beyond to present and discuss topics relevant for the future of advisory services, including better Agriculture Knowledge and Innovation Systems (AKIS) in Europe, best practices in innovation support through advisory services, and good examples of comprehensive capacity building programmes on innovation for trainers, advisors and managers of advisory services. In addition, a range of opportunities will be offered for participants to become actively engaged in the international agricultural advisory community.
The conference will include key note speeches, presentations, a poster session and interactive workshops, as well as a field visit to discover inspiring examples of interactive innovation in practice.
Venue
The meeting will be held in the PHARE (BK) building of the Albert Kazmer Faculty of Mosonmagyarovar of the Széchenyi István University.
