The conference fee includes the following services:
- Unlimited access to all sessions
- Coffee breaks and lunches on 10 and 11 November*
- Field visits*
- Castle visit Mosonmagyaróvár*
*Delegates are kindly requested to select the optional services upon on-line registration.
Payment
After successful registration, a proforma invoice can be downloaded from the on-line registration system.
All prices are quoted in EURO and include VAT.
Payment can be done either by bank transfer, or via credit card. (Please note, that credit card payment will be available only from mid-September!)
Please kindly note that all bank charges (if any) should be covered by the payee.
The proforma invoice inculdes all information for bank transfer. On the transfer form, please indicate: “participant’s name” and “the number of the Pro Forma invoice”.
After payment, an invoice will be issued and sent by e-mail. The official confirmation (order summary) can also be downloaded from the on-line registration system.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be sent to the Conference Secretariat (conf@biokutatas.hu) in writing by the dates specified:
- Cancellation received before 31 October, 2022: full refund, , excluding 10 EUR administration fee
- Cancellation received on 1 November, 2022 and later: no refund
Refunds will be made after the Conference. All bank charges are to be paid by the receiver.
Insurance
The registration fee does not include insurance of any kind.
